Can I get my page ranked if it has no content?

A partner of mine and myself use to rank websites with no content on them at all only the keyword in bold and an image with the alt tag
We then rented those websites out and offered web design services as well
This was around May so I'd imagine it would still work

Honestly I didn't find it to be any more difficult than ranking a normal website.
Just some backlinks using ultimate demon and social signals

Syndicating content is fine, as long as it's there to be copied freely without copyright issues.
I've seen people ranking without written content too though.

I created a squeeze page with very little content that received 2k hits a day organic Google search. The key is onpage factors such as title, description, header, images, tags. You really only need a handful of content to feed the Google robot machine, but in my experience the more content on the page, the more LSI, or related keywords you will rank for - which of course is the goal.

It can be done, but it would take a lot of hard work and link building... Think about flash website, search engine spiders can't read this so sites that are completely flash basically have no content to spiders.
DO NOT COPY CONTENT FROM OTHER SITES. This will end up with Google slapping you with a duplicate content penalty and then it will be even harder to rank than no content at all.
Realistically it will only take a short amount of time to throw some unique content together, even if it's just a few hundred words.

It may be possible in case of very low competitive keywords and if you can use the tags properly. I am not saying that its impossible. But if you add one 1000 word article then it will get rank very quickly.thanks

You can use optimized images with perfect keyword research,, it is up to you to attract your users
Dude write some unique articles or outsource it. I'm sure there a plenty of good writers here that can assist you with some quality content.
I can never understand why someone would want to set themselves up for possible failure, especially with dup content. Again , if you don't know enough about the niche to write content or just to lazy to write it then outsource it.

And, how long ago was this? Many of the sites that ranked well on no content before Panda/Penguin are nowhere to be found in Google search now.
