You probably can get your account deleted for using tactics like this however I'm not sure how fast it would happen if it would happen at all. Using tactics like this at all may depend on what your goals are for the page. If you have a short term plan for doing this and all you need to show is a number, it may work for you. If your plan is to engage your target market and develop a following, this is not a good strategy.

just don't run one account all the day make sure you have many accounts to change between them every few hours
