Yes you can BUT only if you double check the pronunciations and by giving natural breaks between sentences. Ultimately your goal should be to sound as close to a human as you can. Become smart and no one can catch you.

there is a channel called story recapped and they're monitized. i've seem many channels getting monetized also meme channels have a very bad TTS and they're monitized.

Now that ytb put ads even in non-monetized videos, how to tell if a channel is monetized?

I didn't know that youtube puts ads on on monetized videos! but anyways they keep uploading videos and they don't put aff links in the description so they must be monitized other ways they won't upload anymore

I have the same question, but the text to speech with animation, using Animaker., I don't know is against ToS, until searching in BWH.

It is possible, but much more difficult. Many channels get rejected. A few do seem to get approve.
