Can i get in trouble with namecheap for this?

I have a website with content locker and the domain is registered with namecheap. The website does not have copyrighted content, but have links to websites with copyrighted content. Can i get in trouble for this with namecheap? If yes, can they ban my account, because i have other domains with this account which i don't want to loose?
