Can I get in trouble for using Spotify/Netflix logo on eBay?

Hi.
I've seen alot of people selling Spotify and Netflix accounts on eBay. And they have the companies logo on their listing image and they are selling alot. can Spotify or Netflix sue you for using their logos in eBay listings?

My listings were recently removed because of this. Can they sue me?

Doubt it, won't worth it. Too many sellers to sue.
 
Selling any type of accounts on eBay will get taken down almost immediately. Will get your account banned as well.

Find another way to make money.
 
I don't believe that selling account bon eBay can result to a ban. Almost 30% percent of what I see there are accounts and other digital products
 
Your listing get banned eventually , and you account get restricted for 7 dates and your listing will hide form search result , This is the first flag

If you repeat this , then More restriction your account and BIG RED FLAG
 
Selling accounts is not the business you want to be in.
There’s ridiculous competition, the only way you can differentiate yourself is by price, you’re dealing with cheap clients, and on top of all of that it’s illegal.
Unless you have some extenuating circumstance that voids the above I highly recommend you find a better hustle, but that’s just my two cents.
 
Do not risk your account by selling VERO products , It 's Hard to maintain good standard ebay seller account now a days , Happened to me and learned lesson ,

There will be shortcuts and seller's who sell digital products , but that all are old account's may eventually get listing removed
