Can I get in trouble for promoting certain offers ?

For example I took some game offer that offers free currency of that game. I am not sure if the user will get that. I have a landing page and I want to promote it and if user doesn't get what is promised can he take legal action ?

Although I think maybe it is a chance to get coins not guarnteed coins, not sure if there is really a difference in the end result. This offer is from a popular network if that means something.
