Can I get hacked and what should I do?

I have received FB messenger from my close friend and without looking opening the link and goes into a multiple questionnaires, and ask to share among other friends. Until the I realize it a fake link, can I get hack or get malware/virus by doing just that?

It’s did not ask me to login, or install anything (I’m using iOS)

Do I needed to reset my device? I have already change all my credential, is it enough? Thank you

You are Completely fine if you have not download anything from that Fake Link. Because as you are using iOS so the more case can happen only to collect Your Cookies from the Browser you used to open that Link. Nothing else can happen if you haven't download any software or something via using that link.

Make sure never even open Fake Link & Download anything Because it can be harmful in one way or another.
