Ehm, for calling paypal saying im a lawyer representing (me), as my paypal is limited etc etc

I will have to find a good lawyer script, so I can act like a actual lawyer, and threathen them with sueing.

I have to do everything to unlimit my sexy 2k usd:S

lol, can anything happen to me?

Watch out! They would additionally ask your Lawyer identity card for verification. :p

By the looks of things you've received some pretty sound advice at this thread:

Code:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/blackhat-lounge/467568-paypal-fuckers-stole-2k-usd-me.html

Why don't you try contacting EWA and get them to file a dispute instead of starting additional threads on the same topic?

It might prove a little bit more fruitful than getting into some BS conversation with a Paypal "Customer Service Rep" who frankly doesn't give a s**t about your frozen funds.

Impersonating a lawyer is a federal offense.

That's true . Remember , paypal is a payment processor . It's like an online bank . You cant f**k with them as you can face serious legal threats .

PayPal has a whole room full of lawyers on their payroll. They don't give a rats ass about a lawyer calling them up. Lawyers (real ones) don't waste time on the telephone. They file papers, mail papers, get Court directives, mail Court directives and such. They don't get on the phone and start talking legal shit to customer service reps.

You can try but I doubt you get far. Imagine you're in their shoes and you have a room full of Attorneys protecting you and some joker calls on the phone saying he's an Attorney and going to sue you. You'd say go ahead, my Attorneys will address your claims when we see them in writing. Have a nice day.

Yeah. Don't do that. You would have more luck threatening bad press.

You again :) thought you solved it already, pp don't give afuck about no lawyer..

If you are living in USA i would suggest you to actually get a lawyer, i am not sure how do you do payments for lawyers in USA, but in my country ( Bosnia, Europe ) you can make a deal with a lawyer, for example : Solve my paypal issue and once i get money i will pay you ( for example 20 % ). Or just pay him in front if you are 100% sure that your account is suspended for no reason.
Second option is to wait 180 days and withdrawal your cash, i did that on one of my previous paypals :)
