I'm trying to find a list of affiliate networks (or any networks/CPA) I can use that will allow affiliate URLs in Facebook ads, and/or what Facebook will allow.

I have a previous post here:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/making-money/669195-what-networks-work-fb-ads.html

-- Where I explained that I heard Amazon + FB will not work properly and it's against their TOS. I never really got an answer to the original question, however the post has started gearing towards using "cloaking".

Now that has me wondering about cloaking. Is it safe to use cloaking? Like can I get banned? Would anyone be able to explain how I can use these networks without tarnishing my Amazon/FB account? Do I need to start creating fake accounts or something?

It depends on the niche and how you're promoting it.

If you're whitehat and users don't complain then cloak all you want.

What about those people who are making like $20,000 per month? Would they really be using cloaking? I would think on a mass scale that they would atleast get a few complaints or draw some attention.

I don't really have a niche in mind as of yet. I'm just wondering how it all works and which networks I can use.

as per my knowledge today or tomorrow, you will be arrested hahaaaa

Those big guys don't have got really picky about cloacking these days. Be careful

Yup, you can get banned. Those guys who are earning $20K/Month are using cloaking and multiple ads account. And even those 20K guys are just beginners, think how many accounts would a guy with over 500K monthly budget 'churn and burn'.

You are actually asking a wrong question. You will get banned for promoting blacklisted ads and not for cloaking.

Yeah most the time cloaking is considered pretty black hat. Which means search engines don't make a buck from it. But there's nothing illegal or unethical about it, it's just that the search engine rules are made to their benefit only, not the small marketers. So cloaking is fine as long as you're not deceiving the end user, but only the search engines and ad networks who themselves practice black hat but preach otherwise.

if you gonna use right private cloaker script you have 1% to get banned about cloaking

It depends what you are going to cloak..
I built my own cloaker a while back, and have never had my accounts banned.

BUT

I run financial offers, and have "legit" looking landing pages..

If you cloak dating, diet, skin or any aggressive adverts that get complaints.. then the it's likely no cloaker will save you from a manual inspection..
