You can get one without nicotine at ebay or amazon, just search for it.

I sell these lol. Can get the liquid without nicotine but no I wouldn't start if you don't smoke. If you do though you should get high vg for 'tricks'. Its made with pg and vg, high pg gives a stronger throat hit, high vg gives more vapour. Look for 100% vg liquid
