Dude, freenom.com is a website to get free domains .

You can get domain for lifetime with freenom (you renew every year for free) but I don't recommend it as they can take your domain anytime (read their TOS)
So better pay some bucks to get what you want

I live in third world country, but even the regular 11$ a year is not that expensive for me. even if i don't make any money from it.

goddamn it, just buy a domain. if one year say you could make 20$ you can always renew the domain. but if you feel 20$ is a big money for a domain after a year of (trying) making money, then you should really consider stop doing it at all.
