Sorry to hear your situation. First thing to assess, will you have a home to stay in through this time? Or are you depending on Internet Marketing to support you next month?
I for sure think you can make it. If you got computer skills such as graphics, or something always in need, try creating a website for it and get some hosting which could be up to $5 or $15. If you do excel in a computer area, post free things of it on the website. Depending on the content really depends on the format of the site.
For monetization, add adsense, and solvemedia if people want to download the images.
To get traffic, post among Youtube and try and find cheap youtube accounts and get a copy of Mass Video Blaster and Video Spin Blaster. There are cracked versions available online, but I won't like due to a possible ban and or infraction.
