Hey there,
I have used a theme from the BHW on a domain and it is ranking on page 1 rank 1 of google for a good keyword.

I wanted to know if I can flip the site with the woo theme that I downloaded from here?

I always ask for proof of licenses when I buy websites. And If I don't get it (rare, but happened a couple times) , I get Flippa to cancel the auction.

Just good common sense and good due diligence as a buyer.

You can probably get away with it if you sell it cheap on DP. If you're going on Flippa you probably want to get a license.

If they buy, ask for a license, you can always buy it then. And if they don't, happy days

I have not had anyone ask me for my dev license for wp-robot yet on any of my flippa sales.

I have it so not worried about it if they ask, but just adding my 2 cents.
