Officially you cannot put any margin on Meta/Google spend reporting - they don't provide such functionality. But technical workarounds include the following if you need to alter report data - you can either edit via the code inspector live in browser; via some Chrome extensions doing practically the same; via Photoshop or some other photo editor (if report is in jpg/png) or directly edit in sheets after you've exported the data from the ad accounts.
You should not fake your ad stats as this is against Meta and Google policies and can get your account permanently banned. You should focus on improving tracking accuracy through Conversion API, Google Tag Manager and clean UTM setup to get reliable performance data.
Faking numbers on advertising dashboards is not something you want to get into. It usually backfires and creates more issues down the line. Stick to legitimate strategies for actual improvements.
