Hey BHW,
I have a store where I sell my own branded products. I recently discovered another store within my niche that has a few hundred listings that would sell very well on my site.
My question is can I list these for sale and dropship them?
Would this be illegal? Not really sure, and couldn't find an answer.
(If my OP doesn't make sense; e.i. Say I sell posters, flags, wall decor, etc. and I stumble across a site with 1000 custom posters especially in my niche. Can I list those posters on my site, purchase from supplier, and have shipped to buyer legally? I know the packaging won't be mine, but that doesn't matter)
