    Hey BHW,

I have a store where I sell my own branded products. I recently discovered another store within my niche that has a few hundred listings that would sell very well on my site.

My question is can I list these for sale and dropship them?

Would this be illegal? Not really sure, and couldn't find an answer.

(If my OP doesn't make sense; e.i. Say I sell posters, flags, wall decor, etc. and I stumble across a site with 1000 custom posters especially in my niche. Can I list those posters on my site, purchase from supplier, and have shipped to buyer legally? I know the packaging won't be mine, but that doesn't matter)

I've been dropshipping from eBay to Amazon for those of you who may be following/recognize my post.....

    SO:

If this is a dumb question and the same concept please troll and bash me.

This just seems more dark-water-esque and I want to be sure. Thanks y'all.

Well yes if you buy from a supplier unless they have exclusive deal to be sole supplier then you wouldn't be able to anyway. Nothing wrong there and if you can sell cheaper than them even better. It's called competition!

The best way to make money is to copy the items that sell on ebay from amazon or other way around .

    It all business sence.

I don't believe this would be illegal, as your essentially buying their goods & once you own them why shouldn't you be able to sell them.
