Can I do this with Adscend Media?

My website has links to other websites where users
can find links to copyrighted content.
I content lock the website, not the actual links. Is
this against Adscend Media's TOS?

copyrighted content is always against TOS, except in north korea, russian , etc..

Well first off, I did read the TOS. I read the part where it mentions the prohibition of copyrighted content. But I am not hosting copyrighted content on my website. The website I link to also doesn't host copyrighted content. As far as law goes, what I am doing is perfectly legal. My question was: Does Adscend Media have a problem with what I am doing?

Even a newbie like me knows what this means:

(xi) Publisher's Media and Publisher's Content shall not include the following: (1) personal blogs, false testimonials or undisclosed endorsements; (2) Pornographic material, including any material appealing to the prurient interests; (3) Racial, ethnic, political, hate-mongering or otherwise objectionable content; (4) Investment, money-making opportunities or advice not permitted under law; (5) Gratuitous violence or profanity; (6) Material that defames, misrepresents, abuses, or threatens physical harm to others; (7) Promotion of illegal substances or activities such as illegal online gambling, how to build a bomb, counterfeiting money, etc.; (8) Software Pirating; (9) Hacking or Phreaking; (10) Obscenity and any spoofing, redirecting, or trafficking from adult-related websites in an effort to gain traffic; (11) infringement or violations of the patents, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, moral rights, music performance or other music-related rights, or any other right of any third party; (12) Any illegal activity whatsoever.

Don't try to make things work in your way by all means. There is a reason TPB for instance is banned in The Netherlands, they don't host anything themselves either, they just provide links.

You would still be monetizing copyrighted content, which is not allowed, whether you post them, link to them, etc.

I tried, but he gave me the usual "copyrighted content isn't allowed" thing. That's fine except I am not really doing anything wrong, regarding copyrights.

You're really intent on justifying this one aren't you? You're going to get banned and have your earnings withheld. Period.

People who live in the same country that Adscend operates out of have been criminally prosecuted for simply linking to copyright violations. They don't care that you think you can tip toe around the law, they know better, and they want nothing to do with it.

So content locking a link to a companies site that makes a free open source software is against TOS and they will ban you?
