I want to rent a windows vps for using it to download movies from torrents then upload those movies to video hosting providers (that accept such content) once uploading is done the movie will be deleted from the vps so I will never share these movies directly from the vps. And I will do this process manually not through bot/automated system that will use bandwidth all day long. First thing is that I'm not even sure if I can actually do this through a vps. Anyone who have gone through this is able to help?

Your only issue will be the bandwidth and the downloading speed ( make sure you contact the provider asking him what is their inbound speed)

Sure it will work for you. This is how many people have managed large filesize uploads and bulk video management. Get 'er done.

it's good to do this with vps. There are some VPS suppliers in Marketplace. Go there and find out a match VPS supplier.
