Plenty of people making huge money "coaching" CPA and "doing" CPA.
By "coaching" CPA, I mean building a brand around it and selling the dream. Think John Crestani. Put out as much content as possible, establish a follower base, and monetize that follower base through ads and webinar-driven course sales (the whole scheme is you get people to promote YOUR offer, and it snowballs).
By "doing" CPA, I mean the traditional route. Finding lucrative offers, driving traffic to them, deploying and split-testing marketing campaigns to drive conversions, etc. Most of these guys above don't fall into the above category because if you have this skill, you don't need a follower base to enrich yourself.
See the difference? Essentially you are a content creator in 1 scenario, and a conventional marketer in the other.
