preferably in the UK. Stripe payments are being scanned in quite a few countries
 
You can only one for 1 Ltd. You can take from USA but they have some restrictions on some country. Also they have policy you can't do illegal or any third party activities .
 
if you do it in the right order and don't violate the policy you have payments in all countries.
 
One for each. You can create multiple companies if you need more than 1 stripe.
