Can I create Google Play Developer accounts with different credit cards?

I can ask for a VCC in my bank and Google takes it as a normal CC.

I would like to know if I can create different credit cards with my name and address but a different CC. All of them are linked to the same bank account.

As far as I know 1 Google Developer Account = 1 Unique Credit Card.
PS. I have accounts in stock and an approved Marketplace Thread. You could add me on Skype.

Besides unique CC, you would need unique IP and different name.

Different name on card too? or is just using some random name and address on developer registration page enough?.

To do this right you need different names, computers, IP addresses, credit cards, addresses, phone numbers, for each account.

I have good quality Google Play Accounts, pm me.

No dear One google developer account only allow you to create one account by using your unique credit card as far as i know google not create multiple accounts, Its possibility that many peoples have multiple account in their stock you can buy from them if you wan to buy..

Use your friends CC or someone in your family's card, that's the best cheapest safest way

I guess 1 Credit 1 account...if you want more maybe you can consider to buy to other member here some of them have good price for you
