Can I create a wordpress blog without knowing how to code ?

Hello everyone,

Actually, I want to build a blog, in the future, I want to try to monetize this blog.

The huge problem is that I have very low skills in coding (only HTML & CSS and a little bit of MySQL)

Is it enough or do I really have to learn PHP ???

You don't need to know HTML/CSS nor PHP to make a WordPress blog my friend ;)
 
Not at all, you can even get ready made Wordpress site from Wordpress.com
 
Yes. Building a basic WordPress website don't require a vast coding knowledge. I suggest you to start with a free WordPress blog ( hosted on them ), to adapt. After some time, you can build and host your own website.
 
No need for coding with a WordPress theme. Tutorials on Youtube will help you.
 
Yes, mostly. Complete html coding is a pain in the ass. Wordpress is designed to drag and drop, and add widgets, instead of hand coding everything.

I use basic knowledge to identify and delete the other bullshit on the themes, but knowing the code can make you more proficient.
When in doubt, just google or youtube the issue and solve it that way.
 
Having a basic blog will not put me at a disadvantage in SEO
And if I want to install a theme, I will have to code no?

In fact, You have some very low skills in coding. me for example don't have any knowledge in coding and again built by myself my website. With wordpress everything is now very simply. I started by crating an account on wordpress and created first post on their platform to learn essential thinks.
 
that's the point of Wordpress. You don't need to code to make good looking website
 
There are a number of themes which are available on WordPress. You can simply install the theme and start working on that theme. Also there are plugins which are directly used in the themes which make the website even more easier to use and configure. I think if you are totally unaware of the word coding, still you can create WordPress blog.
 
It sure helps though. You should really learn some HTML/CSS at the very least. That way you can maintain your website and have a sense of control over it, without creating a mess.
Good HTML markup makes for good SEO.
 
It's fine. Coding is not necessary for wordpress. Learning how to use wordpress effectively is better for now.
 
unless you need sophisticated features or tweaks added to your blog then no need for coding skills
 
Coding is not necessary for wordpress, that's the main concept of wordpress. There are enough tutorials and good looking themes out there to cover most of what you'll need. If you want to get "into the weeds" and really customize the look and feel, then you can with CSS, PHP and AJAX, but you don't NEED to know these to get started. Plus, you can always hire those out fairly cheaply.

it hardly takes 5min to setup a wordpress there's no coding involve anywhere.
just download elementor page builder and start blogging.

Yeah you can, there are a lot of plugins that do not require you to use code.
 
No need Coding for WordPress, just follow some youtube videos to create a blog in Wordpress and enjoy.
