Can I create a t1 link with a program on the sub-page?

It's always recommended to create tier1 links manually for your moneysites. Especially when you're into long term. It's not that expensive. Just look at the list of backlinks I shared and other members as well. They're all free to use and good for diversity and foundation links.
Tools like GSA/RankerX are meant for tier2 anyway, unless you're doing churn and burn stuff.

Blasting your money site with automated spam does have an “influence” in the long term. Some people have had positive results, but these usually don’t last long and you should expect to lose rankings or get a penalty sooner or later. Your T1 should be the highest quality you can get.

Definitely, you can look up at BHW Marketplace, there are a lot of people who are doing some good guest posts on high DR sites. But good guest posts are not cheap if you wanna buy T1 links.
That's right. The better it is, the more expensive it will be.
I have to make a lot of T1, so my head hurts.
