Yes, it's quite easy - you would need their permission (legally) and a machine/computer/server that's on in their house and connected to their internet to use it.
You can either set up a raspberry pi in their home that connects to their wifi or you could install Chrome remote desktop on their machine and connect to your Google account, so that when their computer is on you can remotely control their machine and use the connection.

Is it a must to use a Raspberry pi? Can't be done with a regular pc?

A proxy is not the same as Remote Desktop.

The point is to use my mother/father/uncle /aunt /grandpa /grandma ips to create proxies and use them on jarvee. 5 child ig accounts on each proxy working for my main account.
So the question is... How to create a proxy on each residential ip?
Is it possible you create a proxy just knowing the external ip?
BTW, do you guys know where and how proxies sites get the proxies they offer from?

yes 1 dongle per SIM, and I believe rasebry allows 3-4 USB ports, so you'll need some USB hub extensions that have 7 ports at max nothing more or it will not work
