Thanks for your answer. Any guide on how to do that chrome remote thing?Yes, it's quite easy - you would need their permission (legally) and a machine/computer/server that's on in their house and connected to their internet to use it.
You can either set up a raspberry pi in their home that connects to their wifi or you could install Chrome remote desktop on their machine and connect to your Google account, so that when their computer is on you can remotely control their machine and use the connection.
Is it a must to use a Raspberry pi? Can't be done with a regular pc?Yes, it's not difficult to use a Raspberry Pi with a home router

Thanks, I will try to find it.There is a topic covering this on BHW. Search it. You can do it on a regular PC if you install Linux. It will work on Windows too, but is much more complicated.
Do I need one raspberry and one dongle for each sim?I recommend you to buy some sims in bulk and create your own system with Rasebery and dongles.
yes 1 dongle per SIM, and I believe rasebry allows 3-4 USB ports, so you'll need some USB hub extensions that have 7 ports at max nothing more or it will not workDo I need one raspberry and one dongle for each sim?
