Can I create a new eBay account?

I was banned from eBay a long time ago as a youngster for selling fake things and I have had to use vpns and other nonsense since then. Just today I hopped on my computer and my external IP changed... it's technically dynamic but it has not changed in years. I was wondering if i could create an ebay account on my current IP with a new bank account and other information? I have no cookies or anything such as that from my old account.

How would I go about doing this? I don't want to get another bank account banned right off the bat...

I have 2 ebay account.The 2nd was opened because i tought that I can't recover my main password.
Anyways I had no problems for now,but I'm using 2 different paypal accounts also.

I belive that if you get 2 ebay acc with 1 pp acc they will ban you.

If your information doesn't match to the last account then you'll be fine.

Since you have dynamic ip address and clean cookies you should be fine , even if you use same name try to misspell it.Try to go clean and under the radar , let us know how your sales will do when you start off , best of luck to you.
