Can i create a new ad account using same email?

So I created a Google ad account 4 years ago and it got suspended because I was trying to run an affiliate campaign (circumventing).
Eventually, the account got cancelled because of no activity.

Now I have my own business and I want to run ads (full white hat) for my own business (no affiliate stuff).

Can I create another account using the same email?
Or should I create one using a different email?
Or should I ask my family member to create it for me?

Certainly! You can create up to nine additional email addresses linked to your mail.com account, called “alias addresses.” Simply log in to your account and go to E-mail Settings > Alias Addresses, where you can register any available combination of name and domain name.

You'll get suspended. Better ask someone else to create it for you, ideally from different ip, browser, card data...etc. Also new domain as well

Why take the risk?
Get a new email on a new device and sign up for Adword.
You never know that your old info will remain saved in the google database and will block you again.
