Can I create a Custom Audience with @facebook.com emails???

I'm new to facebook advertising. I'm wondering if there is a shortcut to creating a custom LLA audience, without having to run ads first. Is it possible to upload a csv file with @ facebook .com generic emails, instead of real ones?

No facebook banned those emails a long time ago, your best bet now is to start collecting some data either by contacting similar websites and ask them to put your facebook pixel in their website if they don't have one or start running some ads
