Is there any issue with this ? Will this way build some authority for my blog?
Would google ignore this because they are the same content?
of course, the blog post is 100% unique content

It is much better to write a good answer on Quora, then use your blog as a source for the answer.

It is better to avoid any copy content it is not good. Try writing some new answers for quora..

Writing the same content will not benefit you in any way. Rather try to add some quality and relevant content in Quora and you can also add your website link in it. It can give much benefit to your website in keywords ranking as well as getting some quality traffic from Quora also.
