Many of my articles have the same template and the same sort of topics within them. Is it bad to copy and paste the same paragraph but only change the focus keyword? Or is it better to rewrite them but just word it differenly?

To prevent Google from seeing your posts as duplicate pages, it is advisable to use spinners like Quillbot.

I've found that It's better to rewrite. Change up the keywords and write unique content, this will be very good for seo.

Definitely rewrite, you will get penalised by google for duplicate pages just because the majority of text will be the same bar the keywords.

Don't copy, google will always consider this duplicate content, because the article you have copied is published before yours, and if you will upload duplicate content, your website can be penalized and ranking will be affected.

Better rewrite the content. If you want to use any tool use quillbot. but spinning spoil the content. check the content after spin if you ok with that use it. must check grammer and plagarism in best site. make sure its shows 100% unique.
