Can I contact the mod team as a whole when I have a problem?

Hey there,

Is there a way to contact all mods together like in reddit? When I have a problem atm I contact one of the mods and most times I dont get an answer because the mods are probably spammed all day. Whats the solution atm when there is a problem?

Post in the proper section one of us will see and reply if it’s a general problem, if it’s something only mods can solve then use the contact button and patiently wait for their supply

The second was the case and I think 1 month is patiently enough. I mean I could spam every mod in hope to get an answer but my solution would be a lot more efficient.

Edit: I just realized, do you mean the contact us button on the bottom of the page?

Yes - this is the exact reason support requests shouldn't be sent via PM. Mods aren't always online and your message could sit in a PM inbox if they're away for any reason.

If your problem involves a post, thread, PM or anything directly related to the forum, you should hit the "report" button underneath each post and submit it with notes - that way it's flagged up for the entire mod team to deal with. If it's an account or membership query, it's best to send it to the support portal: https://support.blackhatworld.com/support/home

However, if there's any doubt, just use the support portal - the link is in the footer at the bottom of the forum.
