Can i change the referer with iframe?

As you may know adbrite does not allow you to put one ad code on multiple sites. I personally hate this. You will have to enter every site and wait for the code to be activated.
So here is my question:
Can I iframe one adbrite code and put it on other sites. Is this going to preserve the referer to the old site.
