can i change my screen name?

for various reasons i would like to change my user name. ever since i came to the forum and asked a youtube question and the next thing i know my youtube account is canceled it makes me nervous to have my real name as my screen name.

mods is this possible?

You will need to contact HaRRo or Pofecker. They are administrators. And from what I recall, you need a very good reason to change your user name. What constitutes a good reason? . . . I don't know . . . You will need to discuss that with them.

Call the factory.
But i'm guessing they won't mind.

thanks for the advice. only problem is i can't pm due to low post count so that is why i opened this so hopefully a mod will pm

You could always up your post count and pm a mod later on...
