Yes but i know whose Doing it and it’s a rival and they are just messing with me.

So the take away from this so far is it’s simply not Possible to stop

If there is a way to trace a real IP behind a VPN, then VPN makes no sense to have.
That’s its purpose, to hide user’s real location.

if you are not a government, there is no way you can find his/her real IP address.

Ok if I cannot reveal fine - but can I either block or at least be aware that the new order placed was using a vpn ip

There's nothing you can do by yourself unless you trick him someway into giving his personal details. No ISP would help you.
How is he saboutaging your orders? You're allowing people to place orders without paying?

Which VPN is it? How do you know he's using a VPN?
