Ok Im so close to just deleting all my Domains an all my website. Im really on the verge of GOING CRAZY.

I have made money, but I have lost much more. Im sure If I look back at my IM History I have lost much more
than what I have made.

Anyway.

Can I buy Membership or Adsense sites that make money ? ( NOT FLIPPA ) I hate flippa.

I need site or site's that can make $ 100 a day or a total of nothing less than $ 3000 pm.

I have about $ 10 000 to spend.

Do you think I can get something like that ?? Or am I just crazy ?
Any Ideas or hate speach or any reply is welcome.

Just 1 think, I think SEO can make you nice passive, but another thing I HATE SEO. LOL
Cost you thousands and then when your hitting the 1 - 5 spot you realize that your not making money hahaha.

big sites (3k/month is quite big) are usually sold for more than 12 month revenue, I doubt you will find something within you price range.
 
Check out craigslist, seriously I know your need a website but you could but a running business for 10 grand most likely or at least part of a business.
Why not start your own? Tons of ways to make money my friends makes over 3k a month tinting windows or cars doing it mobile and he started with 200 bucks.

I can give you $3,000 each month if you give me 10K, but you gotta bring 10 of your friends and each of them gotta give me 10K and I will give them 3K per month, and for each of those friends I will give you $300 each month and if they bring 10 more friends each I will give you $150 each month for each and every friends of theur friend...Wait, don't go, this is a real thing ! It works like a charm
 
The value the OP wants to buy is about $36,000, so $10,000 won't cut it, unless he gets creative. Say offer $10,000 down and $2,250 a month for 12 months (seller ends up with $37,000 total). Be very sure to verify the income the site is currently generating, so that you have the money to make the payments.

A site with revenue of $36k /yr would sell for more than $10k but with your IM experience maybe you can find a site with traffic that is not being monetized. It's harder to find but most things worth while are. Good luck.
 
If I remember correctly, there's a BST seller that makes these types of sites for people. Take a look in the section. I think he was making the sites, adding content, and ranking them.

This really sounds like a good Idea. Find a site that is undervalued and then Spend some on renewing and adding new content, also monetize and then start there.
mmm But where do you suppose a person start their search for such a site. Thx for all the answers sofar.



To the other guys, Yeah It seems like buying website that is already making that kind of money will be impossible. Im sure If I invest correctly I will Pass the $ 100.00 a day mark, Im just in a flatspin at the moment. Im gonna start from NOTHING. Maybe look into more list building also. I have just become aware and a little scared of what to do and another issue I have a little dificulty with is to choose the niche.
I seem to always choose the wrong niche :( but hey trail and error, trail and error.

Im sure if I got everything working in the first 50 times then I would be bored now having nothing to do. lols
 
First of all, you have to calm down or change your personality a little bit. Destroying things won't solve anything(deleting your domain names).

You have to carefully see things before you buy it - I really mean it even with just little money like $3 - $10 - $20 because it will help gradually to become a thinker.

Yes, I believe you can reach that goal with less than $10,000. A lot of people make more than $3,000 per month with little or no startup money (including me). Just don't keep spending money around - think more and act. You cannot afford to keep guessing and taking random actions forever.

You need to think of it this way. If a site is making 100$ a day why on earth would someone sell it to you for $10,000 when it cost less than 10$ for the domain and probably 10$ a month for shared hosting?

You need to stop throwing money at your problems and understand that there are Trillions of money to be made online with LITTLE to NO investment needed at all. It just takes some patience and then some patience.

If you continue to throw money at the problem you will stay in the same position you are now. I can educate you a bit if you get into more detail about what you tried and how you tried it. You may PM me if you wish as I do not want to PM you because you are probably PM bombed at the moment because there may be some people trying to take advantage of how much you have to invest

With 10k you can easily buy a site that has an income of 1k per month, the problem is what will you do after 3-6 months when the next algorithm will hit you and you don't have the skills (SEO, social media, content creation) to sustain the 1k earnings. You will end up losing money again...
 
You might want to check flippa. Do due diligence before purchasing.

OP, your definitely not going to find a site that earns 3k per month for a price of 10k, unless the seller is a scammer or complete idiot. no one legitimate will sell a high earning site for such a low price.
anyways, you should listen to this guy and invest your 10k into building your own websites.
what do you enjoy doing?
create a blog about that, start a following on social networks, and monetize.
it will be the best of both worlds because you will be making money by doing what you love.
SEO is too slow in my opinion, and it's dying.
social SEO is better now.

Find a site with traffic, join a CPA (cost per action) metwork and then put a content locker on the site. People complete the offer and you get paid.
 
Hi, don't know if you're still searching but it will be hard to find something that's not a scamm whith your desired revenues in your price, better check carefully before purchasing.
