Can I boost my internet speed???

There's nothing you can do other than changing ISP, the thing of changing DNS is basically a pseudo myth and works in very few cases

Guys I talked with some VPS seller but he doesn't know about all of this, getting faster bandwidth on my local computer

Why not move to other country?? If business no good where you are then you must move to other country. Same thing that you say happen to me, but I decide to move to other country to avoid this problem

You should never be fixed to one country, it does not serve you, only government of country benefit from your tax. You should be global gypsy like me and move to new country few times a year

Even you can revisit country that you enjoy, but you should not stay their permanent.

Slow internet is by choice not by force

Just found out that my isp, for around $180 gives bandwidth of up to 10mb/s but you can use that for only 250gb of data, after that you go back to around 30kb/s
