if you got 300kbps is good enough. try go to bhw marketplace, there is many people selling vps with windows. (i prefer windows because use to it), buy the cheapest one to try out. maybe $5 per month can let you start.

once the windows vps had been setup, you can use computer and remote desktop protocol. You can also use windows rdp apps if you are using android phone. I am using my android tablet for this.

Then if you can easily control your mouse and keyboard, thats mean you are good to go. You are controlling computer from somewhere else far with very good internet speed sometime up to 1Gbps. Depends on where you purchase.
so, go checkout the marketplace area and try yourself.

Change DNS to: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

Cloudflare DNS is faster than Google.

Um, 30kb/s? We had that in the USA in... 1995?

That’s way too slow to do IM. How do you even load webpages? You’ll have to move if you want any shot at doing IM.
