You need to check your country's legislation. But in general you would not get into trouble for exporting goods to an other country.

Let's say you were planing to sell anabolic steroids. This may be available over the counter in your local pharmacy, market or whatever. As long as they are legal to sell in your home country you will be fine, as long as there are no special local laws hindering you from exporting these. It's the importer (your customer's) job to sort out if whatever he's importing is legal in his country.

Yeah,it's better to check it first with a lawyer or legal advisor.

Most steroid selling internet shops are based in Mexico... you have to check into the legal status of exporting medicine, but normally the the buyers take the risk! All you really have to do is add a nice disclaimer... "buyer takes the risk kind of thing"

Many countries have difference ground on allowing drugs into their countries. Do read up on various countries Rules and regulations. Y not just start off selling in your area?

For God's sake don't do it. Obviously, you would end up having further trouble.

i think you can get in trouble because you are not allowed to sell to other country if it is forbidden there.
The pharma industry is not easy to handle so check with a lawyer first.

I wouldn't that. Your selling drugs that are not legal in another country and shipping them there illegally. You could be arrested. Check with a lawyer. Not smart

Mailing things into a country where they are not allowed is usually not a huge deal when it's insignificant shit like tax-free cigarettes (I'm American and I used to buy cigarettes from Russia; cheaper!) or something like that.

But pharmaceuticals are considered "drugs" in many countries, and the authorities might make a big stink about it if they catch the shipment somehow. Just my advice: I'd stay away from pharmaceutical exports. Electronics, clothing, whatever... There are plenty of other niches that don't have the same risk.

So in short, yes, you might "bee" in trouble in the future...

I am not sure about this but as far as I know you can run such a e-portal provided you keep
abreast of concerned countries Custom and clearance laws.
