Unless you're talking about your own personal clickable link in your Avatar
which I seriously doubt they will allow Why not insert a clickable link to the right. I think anyone can.
I've seen accounts with fewer post than you have them,
This account Only have 4 post.

There was a member here who used to advertise using the text area for their membership level back when we could edit that.
I'd imagine using a company logo is fine, but having "PM me" or anything else direct such as your URL wouldn't be allowed. If it was allowed, the rules in section 4 are probably still applicable.
