Can I Advertise Backlink Opportunities?

BHW Team and Mods,

I have a blog, >10DA

I want to offer an opportunity for people to guest post on our blog, and they can include a backlink to their content. I tried to find info about the rules here on BHW, but I didn't see it.

Am I allowed to post this opportunity or do I need to pay?

i am not a mod, but if its a "free" offering (they send an article, you give backlink, no money involved) i have seen that done before various times. "giveaway: free guest posts on my DA10 page" or something like that.

yellow members cant link to the sites without being
a payed member . this is so users arnt pushing a site
that has service links or aff links on them
