Someone ordered me 100 instagram accounts, I maked them as we agreed but at the time of logging in some have been banned

I delivered the 100 accounts as agreed, who would win in case of dispute?

I dont care to replace the accs its just curiosity...

No, you can't win the case. If PayPal finds out that you selling Instagram accounts it might happen that your acc. gets blocked by PayPal. If I were you I would refund the buyer.

No, you can't. If the service is legit and seller can provide the proof of delivered product then he has a bigger chance to win the case.

Wouldn't be so sure. I lost thousands of dollars to false chargebacks from one buyer through my business PayPal account. Had very little history of chargebacks and many thousands going through it every month. All the proof in the world, and PayPal still sided with the buyer. They are so garbage.

Get paid in crypto next time, paypal is absolutely horrible for seller
You can also provide invoice with your TOS ( No refund, digital goods)

PP is perfect for scammers :
5 month ago I sold a 500 gb PS4, get paid in paypal; the seller open a dispute and told to paypal that the item is not as described , he stated that he received a 250 gb ps4
It was funny because 250 gb PS4 doesnt even exist , I told that to paypal , I even called them ....
At the end, buyer win the dispute

Paypal will go with the buyer. You cant sell something that doesnt work when they get it in Paypal's eyes just because you say it did work. Plus you cant have a TOS that breaks the law of the country where you are using Paypal and you cant supercede Paypal's rules. If they say say digital goods are covered then its covered. Just did it for 100 FB accounts that were all dead.

You make sure it doesn't go to paypal dispute, it it does, you might even lose your paypal account as its against their terms.

Paypal doenst cover digital good, if the buyer state in his payment something like " Im buying digital good" he will lose the dispute
