Can GSA Verified list enough for link building?

Hi,

Just like many people i'm handling many aspects of my website, and the SEO,... But as you know HQ link buiding needs time and Budget, which i don't have neither of them.

But GSA verified List sellers claim that I can get few Tier 1 links per day, so i'm asking if is it enough for a mid range business and websites, that just use GSA Verified list for tiered link building and use the HQ ones for direct Tier 1 links?

1) GSA is more spam links builder than backlinks builder.
2) The lists on sale you see as "verified" - it is identified in reality.
That's why you will get very small amount of real contextual do-follow links.

I don't think GSA can create real tier 1 links. By real, I mean the kind of links which directly influence rankings.

Backlinks can be free but risky if you don't know any tactical methods

It really depends on what your tolerances are for what a tier 1 link entails. In most niches you want to keep your software-produced backlinks at least a tier away from your main site.

Using GSA verified lists for tier 2 can be good, but it is risky as these links are inconistent. Focus on high quality authoriative links for tier 1 links, as those are the most important for your website's seo.
