When I go to ahrefs dot com and post my url it shows 240 backlinks, 107 refering domains, 37 ahrefs domain rank, and url rank is 7. Also crawled pages is only 1. My question is if I can see the number of backlinks, does this mean google can see this and I'm risking my website thanks to 2 seo services I purchase from here?

Of COURSE Google can see your blackhat links, if they never saw your links your rankings would never increase. The reason your ranking increases is because Google finds the links.

Noob question, It's their index. It's just like asking "can Squidoo see the content I publish on their site?"

Any backlink (whitehat or blackhat) that Google is not aware of is virtually useless because it won't contribute to your website's ranking. I used the adverb "virtually" because it might send you some traffic.

If you didn't want Google to see your links, why did you buy them? They can only be useful if they're seen.

There's also a difference between Google noticing your links and actually identifying your site as black hat. If the SEO services are blackhat, but high quality, you're going to see improvement. But as with all things black hat, noone can guarantee how long your site is going to last.
