Can Google punish me?

I have to EMD domains on 3 words, example: www.e-m-d.com and www.emd.com

I have just got #1 and #2 on the search term, so I am happy about that. 1 problem I now have realised is that they have exactly the same backlinks. I have been building links from my own really strong domains I have bought, and they also link to each other(I dont see this as a problem since I have to link out to related sites to look natural;-)).

All my backlinks are from user submitted 100% unique articles, some forum profiles and some comments in related forum topics.

My question is, can I get a penalty if a random guy reports my sites? I mean, I have really good quality content, and all my backlinks are handmaden. Just the good strong backlinks are exactly the same.

You shouldn't be worried about people "reporting" your site.

Cheers - I guess not. Just my first sites hitting #1 and #2, so I don't want to "fuck it up"

Nah its 100% unique content. Just same backlinks

Linking from site 1 to site 2 is ok or even from site 2 to site 1, but just do not interlink both site. Just my opinion.
