Can Google play developer accounts get shadow banned ?

My app barely gets installs and store visits. I optimized title, description for ASO and still not ranking. When i search the app with exact package name, it's not visible there. But it shows when i search with app name. I think it's weird.

Is it possible that my developer acocunt is shadow-banned, and what can be done about that?

new apps don't show in search for about a week or more after publishing.
also google now does not promote the apps like it used to be. you have to get some traffic going from ads and rank.

App rank can drop significantly with high crash rate and recovery is very hard.

If you use shady techniques to increase in app ad clicks you can get banned especially if you use admob.

If you buy low quality app installs rank can drop.

Yes install and rank has dropped dramatically in last months.. It looks like ASO don't work any more

consistency is the key,once the rankings are dropped I don't think you can recover it

You need to generate a "momentum" by purchasing real installs from FB or Adwords. Based on your target country, buy installs from 3 tier countries that speak the same language you target. This needs to be done as soon as possible when you publish your app for the first time or after a version update. When you get the "momentum" Google will start think your app it's trending and start sending organic traffic, then if your app works ok and get real user reviews your rankings will seriously improved and you can slowly stop sending installs from external sources. Based on the niche you will need certain number of daily installs to get this working.
