The only thing that i can deduce from this is that maybe people are landing on my page..able to whack it and be done, and not visit the rest of my site.

This is an adult site.

Still doesn't explain how sessions and users has gone down

here's whats happening

Day 1: 505 sessions 293 users
Day 2: 500 sessions 291 users
Day 3: 493 sessions 283 users
Day 4: 481 sessions 271 users

Meanwhile, my avg time per page has gone up, pageviews has gone up..but at the same time the bounce rate has crept up as well

HOW IN THE WORLD can my sessions/ users be going down each day? I know that some of my offers are getting clicks, indicating new traffic/ users.

IM PERPLEXED AS PHUCK as to what's going on, because I want to address it. Each day comes and I expect to see it corrected but it has only gotten worse. I hate seeing my bounce rate creep up

Have a look at your stats in your cpanel, google can differ from other trackers as it doesn't count every visit

Create a filter or a segment where the hostname is the same as your website address. Often removes some spam from your data.

Create a filter or a segment where the hostname is the same as your website address. Often removes some spam from your data.

Click "+ Add Segment"

Click "+ NEW SEGMENT"

Go straight to the Advanced > Conditions tab.

There should be a drop down box that defaults to "Ad Content" - change this to Behavior > Hostname (or just do a search for hostname)

Enter your website's address in the box to the right of "Hostname"

Therefore your Segment will be: Hostname > Contains > *website address*

Name and save the segment, and use it like any other segment.

You should see spam referrals and things like are gone when you use this segment.
