I got banned from Fiverr, they say I violated their services by having a pic of se mic on my gig for rap orders. I told them this is just a sample pic, but they wouldn't listen and say a 'SE electronics' rep has reported copyright infringement. If i don't own the mic/accounts terminated.
I googled and found am not the only 1 who fiverr have screwed..i made a new account and minutes later it was disabled..
So can fiverr see your ip address then I guess?

When they ban your account, they will obviously associate the ip address to prevent further spam..
So, when their systems detect a new account from the same ip, flags are triggered and boom..

Oh right damn...i had $130 in the aaccount and Fiverr won't give it me back :( they keep changing my support ticket to awaiting reply..:( so i need to make a new ip new account basically and always log on from only that account right?

Offcourse they can

They banned your account and ip too .

Yes, they do to ensure that the users which have been banned don't try to come up with new accounts and even if they try to do that, they can ban them quick.

Yes but keep in mind that the whole idea behind working with a company like fiverr is that you will get paid. If you have already entered payment information into your previous account, and that account's been flagged and banned, chances are they will detect that with any new account that you create as well if you're entering the same payment information, regardless of what IP you login with.

Just something else to keep in mind.

You should check out the year 2001. lol, sorry, bad joke.

Fiverr doesn't care about the IP on the front end, it's when they ban you that they watch out for your IP. Create different accounts to different paypal accounts, on different proxies/VPNs and you should be able to continue if one account gets baned.

I also got screwed up by Fiverr. However, my bad luck did not stop right there I couldn't withdraw my money as well and they keep adding 90 days every time sadly. RIP us bud.

of course, and not just IP address. A lot more.
They have fingerprinted your browser, left cookies to identify you etcetera
if you want to make a new account, download new browser and change your ip
