Can FB know my name from CC number?

So I have multiple facebook ads accounts with different credit cards but they're all in my own name.

When you create an ads account they only ask you for CC number, expiration date, and CCV code.

They never ask for a name but can they figure out your name and then ban all your accounts and stop you from making new ones by doing what I'm doing?

I've tried paypal accounts verified by VCCs but these don't seem to work even with a nice balance in the PayPal account.

Well, I guess there are a lot of other people in the world with the same name, so they might not necessarily look at this immediately, unless there's another thing that can give you away, like the address on the card which is a lot more unique than the name. As long as the CCs work and they are getting paid they might be chill about this though.
