This is a question a lot of people have.
Basically, I have a Shopify store that I run ads before and got banned for no reason from Facebook.
I changed almost everything like card, domain, logo, etc. But one thing I didn't do was that I didn't start a completely new store from scratch.
Do you guys think that's a problem? I'm asking because I hear from some that Facebook can track your Shopify ID?
Does Facebook do that if you add a pixel or the Facebook channel app or verify the domain? Because Shopify support says they don't provide it themselves to them.
Some others say changing the logo and domain name is enough. Others say as long as you don't verify the domain you are good.
Does anyone know the answer and what should I do in my case?
