If i post something on fb group , then i delete the comment, the admin can see the post?

I don't think the admin will see your deleted post. but the Facebook system should remember it.

No. They cannot see deleted posts or comments and they won't be notified either.

If you mean the group admin, then no, they can't see it. Not even a notification of editting can be seen.
