Can either TweetAdder or TweetAttacksPro do this?

Looking to buy one of these two, but I can't find the info on some features I need. Here's what I need:

Here's criteria I'd need, in order to find new followers:

- have a certain hashtag in their bio
- last time they were active
- follower-to-following ratio
- how many followers they have
- follow a certain user's followers
- how many followers a user has
- location

Also need it to unfollow users who haven't followed back after a certain period of time, while having been active during that period.

Does either of the above do this? If not, do you know of some other tool that does? Also, which one would you personally choose?

I know. Just want to automate the whole process, without doing anything manually except writing the tweets.

Sounds like you should get a custom bot coded. I have filters that can do this.
