Can ebay take my money?

I was wondering, since I'm selling keys over there and I know something will go wrong eventually, can ebay take my earned money back from the card or simply hold funds that still have to arrive to my bank account?

See every Merchant has their own Terms and rules and behalf of that they Take action. & as far as i know about Ebay they hold funds anything wring Suspect and release money later after the Verification and More likely they Ban account same as Amazon
